The Brief
MAP projects appointed jhai as Approved Inspector for the material change of use and refurbishment of a Listed building in a desirable Central London location. The project saw the building - originally an old London house converted to office accommodation - converted back into a dwelling.
What we did
jhai advised on meeting the requirements of part L and part B in particular with the complexities of working on a listed building. This meant the architect was able to preserve the building and give a bespoke contemporary feel whilst still complying with the requirements of the building regulations.
