jhai ltd Is a corporate Approved Inspector for Building Control and provider of additional construction approval services. Our aim is to deliver a seamless construction and energy assessment approval process for our domestic and commercial clients. Our environmental pledge is that company individuals are trained to ensure that all methods, processes and environmental requirements associated with the provision of our services are carried out properly.

Our environmental policy commits the company to the promotion of and compliance with sustainable practices in the business environment and as part of the wider community. It is based on the triple bottom line principle of social, economic and environmental accounting.

We will aim to continually assess and improve our environmental management system.
We are committed to compliance with applicable legal requirements and with other requirements to which the organisation subscribes which relate to its environmental aspects and to the prevention of waste and pollution. We will, therefore, manage our processes and our people in order to reduce the environmental impacts associated with our services.
