jhai was appointed to oversee the plan checking and construction of a replacement detached dwelling. We were also appointed to produce the SAP and EPC calculations. 

Works commenced on site in September 2011. Over the next nine months jhai oversaw various stages of construction, to ensure that site works were meeting the minimum requirements of the Building Regulations and good construction practices were achieved. The Final Certificate was issued in November 2012.
